The participation in fairs still uncertain

Because of the worldwide COVID crisis we have had difficult years. Not only personally, but also in business we have al noticed changes. The influence of the crisis was big to such an extend, that many people are working at home structurally and visiting partners or clients is a digital matter. The effect is that many events, like fairs, has been cancelled and still will not be held.

For the time being we count on it that the Interzum fair will take place physically in 2023 in Cologne (Germany) from 9 to 12 may 2023. The time of distance will be finally over at interzum 2023, the entire supplier industry will once again come together to jointly design solutions for current and future challenges.

Exhibition MOW seems to take place in Bad Salzuflen (Germany) from 18 to 22 september 2022. The new edition of the Meubelbeurs in Brussels (Belgium) in 2022 is planned on Sunday 6th till Wednesday 9th of november for now. Unfortunately so many other hardware, furniture and interior fairs that are already cancelled for 2022. One of these cancelled fairs is the Eisenwarenmesse, which was planned for the beginning of march in Cologne and is now expected to take place from 25 to 28 September 2022 . Also the 2022 IMM fair in Cologne has been postponed to 2023 and the next IMM in Cologne will take place from 16 to 21 january 2023.

Despite the new digital possibilities and expansions, communicating was harder than usual; whether it’s about bonding with customers or interacting with partners. This also applies to seeing and experiencing new products. That’s why the participation and attendance of Avinom at all fairs this year is uncertain. Our focus for the new productlaunches will be on Interzum 2023. Mark the 9 to 12 may in your 2023 calender.

Of course we hope everything will be back to normal soon for everybody. Until then we will keep our heads up and invite you to our main office in Ede (Netherlands) to enjoy a cup of coffee and be inspired. Together with you we are motivated to make the furniture and interior industry shine.
